Law of attraction and feelings

Currently I'm reigniting my knowledge of the importance of feelings when using the law of attraction in your life.

This blog was born for the law of attraction teachings I learn along the way but I want to briefly share this with you this morning:  We are not perfect.
Do not (please) give yourself a hard time if things are not working for you.  Soon, I will be sharing an in depth blog post about this but I am in the throes of learning how to explain it best for you.  Asking is not enough.  It's about the feeling which is where the "Belief" part comes into play.  We need to believe.  Why? Because then we have more change of acting as if.  Honestly.

Recently, you may have seen I have been uploading many travel vlogs on Youtube.  The feeling I got from the last holiday was one of sheer fun and excitement.  I feel I could have manifested anything at this time.

A snippet of karaoke in this video will have you see me at the end full of life and vibrancy.  I could have almost shouted how excited and happy I felt.  Creating these feelings often enough will see you with the happy feeling you need to go forward with life.  It's not easy. This is where I feel I differ from some of the other law of attraction people you may read.  I don't pretend it's easy. Or that life is just plain sailing.  I know it isn't.  But try.  Do something to make you smile.  Watch a funny film, play you favourite music, look over old photos of good times.

Wishing you much love

Louise xoxo

Big life dilemmas and stopping frowning

As the title suggests,  life has thrown me a pretty big dilemma. A good position to be in I guess with many amazing options.  Walking to the train today,  I notice my frown. Created by the fear of making the wrong choice.

Clearly, the frown was hidden by my large brown sunglasses. Gosh, summer sure is in its way. Perhaps that's why so many people are glancing my way and smiling. Or perhaps there's something in my aura.

Life. Funny old thing. While I'm thankful for amazing opportunities, I'm an over thinker. Not standing to get anything wrong. Afraid of irreversible choices.

Brushing past me at speed was a Richard look a like. I say that, without viewing his face. But the shiny bald head and the pattern made by his occipital bone all topped by those typical blue jeans made me think of Richard.

Who is he?

He is someone I knew well enough to call a friend from my dancing classes. Enough to shock me with sadness when I heard of his passing a few weeks ago.  Suddenly he was gone. A quick illness that took his life so quickly. Missed by so many.

Of course, the man on the platform wasn't Richard. He simply reminded me to stop frowning.

Wishing you a day full of smiles. Xoxo

Do you rely on someone else to deliver your happiness?

Good day! I am super excited to instantly share this video with you.

Feeling  a need for some inspiration, I typed into YouTube "Abraham Hicks" to see what was delivered.  I am a firm believer in getting the right message at the right time!  The video that was delivered re-affirmed something within me that I am so strong at and wanted to share the message out there in case this is something you need to hear too.

In a nutshell, if you are waiting for someone to please you, give their attention to you, make you happy, then you are looking in the wrong place.  Only you can give yourself the permission to be happy.  Are you with a partner who won't take you out?  Don't sit thinking sadly about it, take yourself out.  Make new friends to go out with............ these are the very basics of Abrahams teachings, but as always, it's put much better from them!

If you aren't aware of Abraham, I suggest you download this book!  IT is a life changer!

Meanwhile, here is the video!

Early Morning trip to the Countryside

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new week!

I'm really and honestly feeling so excited and positive and happy I'm so sure I could burst like an overfilled balloon right now. {wants to insert smiley face here}

So,  I've been randomly taking out my camera and taking some shots here and there and it has inspired me to share more pictures with you in my blog posts.  Currently as I type my Nikon is charging ready for action!

My son went for a day out with his Dad to go fishing for the day,  I decided while the birds were still singing I would take a few photos.  It's a grounding place and time.

Look what the flip I did!

Look how brave I am!!!!

I don't mean just the snake in the video... (video is at the bottom of this blog)

Now yes, the snake thing was pretty scary and totally took me out of my comfort zone!

Yet while I was in this place I have previously called paradise... (you've heard that one before) I also fell head over heels in LOVE

Love.......

Funny thing that,  love.  Now I've sat quietly on this for some time because...... well,   because I'm a professional person who takes her career seriously.

Now...

While my work has a few different slants,  Primarily I help salon businesses with the marketing and management of their salons.  This is no secret.

I also still do styling for  several A-listers!

Folks have been asking me for ages to teach my "secret" on how I managed to turn my life around from a gloomy place to the paradise it now is.

I was running some workshops..

Spreading the word of the Law of Attraction.  People wanted more and more of this from me.

Cut to today,  I'm still the same business woman but now I've opened up my life to show more and more of the personal side of me.  I've popped a video on Youtube which is the start of documenting how I found my ideal partner.  He and I have quite a story to share with you and we are going to be adding more and more to this channel so please go have a look, feel free to share and you must subscribe to make sure you don't miss any more of this story!

We are hoping that people will beleive more and more that dreams do come true and I'm sharing the love via the net and it's my dream to empower people enough to carry on making this stuff.  I need your support and hoping that with the support of amazon,  my books, the affiliate links and the like that we can keep on providing this stuff for free and continue to teach folks

"Don't stop believing"  (sing along now) because I know that dreams really do come true!

How to decide to GO FOR IT! Making your dreams come true

Just recently while at the gym, I bumped into two very good friends of mine.
These ladies had seen my blog and have known for a long time about my book writing. They asked me, "Well, I really want to write a book but have no idea how to get it out there."
I say 'asked me' yet in an English Literature class at school this actually isn't a question but rather a statement.
So, why are YOU telling yourself with a statement that you can't get it out there? Or make the changes? Or do what you need to do to create your dream life? Your 'lusher life'.
Let's look at turning this around....
What CAN you do to enable yourself one little move in the direction of making your dream come true'? How can you begin? There will be some small way, honestly. I have been making these moves for sometime and have managed to get literally stacks of work done. You can too.
There are many authors who have written books while still working the day job to enable them to pay the bills. Of course, you must be sensible obviously. If you decided after reading this blog, "Right, she's right, that Louise has made me decide to completely change my life starting right now!" and you haven't taken common sense into the equation then possibly things will not work out so well. Figure it out with a little sense. While you are fitting in your dreams, you are working towards them without the changes spoiling your current situation. In other words, you are taking steps to IMPROVE life without going crazy and making your life in a worse situation.
Ok, enough of the negative stuff now as we don't like to do that here. So, what do you want? I ask you that question on lots of my blogs. This blog is about creating your Lusher Life. What do you want? Imagine you want to write a book. In your break at work, like lunchtime or even coffee break, start writing. Don't overcomplicate the tools you need. You can use your phone, we all have the facility these days to write some lines on our phone. Even without a smart phone, text it to yourself. Write wherever you are.
If, as another example, you decided you need to take a course, or learn something new, use podcasts, or YouTube to educate yourself on your commute or again during your lunchbreak.
First step is this: Imagine that it is all possible! Use my word 'do-able'. Is it do-able? Don't find excuses or reasons. Find ways to do it. The only one who can change your life is you.
I'm spending lots and lots of time coaching these past few weeks and the mindsetting is always the first step to making changes. Let me know if you feel you would like some help too. I will very bravely be inviting (anonymous if you like) texts to my personal phone for free pretty soon. FREE. I will invite you to send me your text or email to me personally with your question. I may use these questions to answer in a blog too if that's ok with you. Let's be brave together?
Thing is, you need to subscribe to my blog or email list (right hand side of the blog page) to get this number as it's coming later. Also, if you come over to my email list there is a future audiobook "Basics to the Law of ATTRACTION' as a free gift for you.
Your dream life:
Can you do it?
WILL you do it?
Much love

Perceptions of Paradise

Knowing we are all different is commonplace.
Accepting that can be a little tough.
Realising what makes us -and others- tick is a fascinating subject and one that has brought me to a place of new found freedom.
Having spent the last few days completely connected to the source within me (some of you may know what I mean when I say I’m in the vortex) I have been taken to a place which has again opened my eyes to a new world.
Since turning 40 I seem to be learning so much! You would think you know everything by then....
So, what is Paradise?
Sharing with you my thoughts and feeling of paradise may be what one other person sees as an idea of hell on earth. Sounds pretty obvious right? Well, it is! I’m not telling you anything new when I say we all have objective opinions. Here in Egypt this week I have met some amazing people as always and as I have felt so open in my vortex, it’s easy to freely communicate with new folks.
To me, where I am right now, is pure heaven on earth.
Paradise:
I’ll enlighten to you how I see it......
Red sea full of fish, like a scene from “Finding Nemo” yet better than that is being in the hands of experienced divers who give you the total feeling of safety.
How can it be that the very same waters which houses some dangers can set you so at peace. When you look under water and see the natural tranquility that glides effortlessly throughout the waters everyday, the rest of the world seems so far away.
At the end of every resort (built for the holiday makers) there is a pier. Don’t imagine Eastbourne or Brighton. Much much more simple. Less complex making way for the natural beauty.
Which is, a backdrop of mountains, the red sea, the shimmering clear waters.
Just this morning a heron came to greet me at 6am on my windy walk. Like a well rehearsed actor he glided in settling in front of me, watching for fish.
Excited, I grabbed my camera and took dozen of photos of him catching his breakfast. Despite the brightness of the suns rays blinding the pictures, I was sure there were some fab photos on there. Literally with fists punching the air with excitement, I could have screamed out,
“YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!”

Nature is a wonder of beauty. She is all around. Being here gives me the freedom to experience really seeing her. Not looking at, but looking through, feeling her, experiencing her, letting her in and soaking her all up.
Loving nature as I do, I always connect and ground myself no matter where I am. Last year in November was Scotland.
That was emotional! Quite a work of natural art. This October its Egypt. Sharm el Sheikh. So what sets it apart for me?
Have you ever read trip advisor? Leaving the holiday behind seems easy for many. They write on trip advisor in such a manner that you cannot fail to feel their pain of such a clearly awful trip.
The porcelain in their sink was cracked.
Lunchtime was self service in a certain restaurant.
Beer was served in half pint not pint measures.
The sun is too hot.
The sand isn’t small enough grains.
Ok.
The list is endless.
For every individual it is relative. For some, a self service restaurant may make or break the holiday. Requesting to move hotels would demonstrate how this is keeping them from connecting, getting in the vortex. What should a holiday be about? What is PARADISE?
I am thinking right now that our entire lives should be paradise. We should be connected all of the time, in the vortex. However, not only listening to Abraham Hicks but also observing while in paradise has shown me that if we spend all of our time without contrast, then the whole life experience becomes on one level. For me, the contrast will come tomorrow, when I leave paradise to come home. Leaving here the last time gave me a pain in my heart which took some getting over. This time I will try to be safe in the knowledge that I can return, making this a part of my life which I can experience at free will. Using the law of attraction I will manifest more trips which fill me up with so much happiness and connectivity.
Staying here all the time, would I lose the desire to punch the air and shout “YESSS” when I see the heron come for breakfast? Would I take it all for granted?
Most likely.
So what has made me feel that this is paradise?
The surroundings?
The weather?
The bouganvillia?
The food?
Well in reality they all helped. Although if I were to pick one thing to place at the top of the heat.......
It’s a feeling.
It’s the feeling the people give you here. The locals, the holiday makers, the staff. If I could have one wish for the world, it would be that we all treat each other lovingly, with respect. Wishing for the world to be at peace.
In a bubble of happiness, my husband and I arrived here feeling like celebrities. Somebody. We were somebody.
Somebody who was appreciated. They all smiled with big hugs and kisses and lots of “Welcome back”. If I could bottle that feeling of appreciation and being ‘somebody’..............sigh........what a wonderful world this would be.
