Baby blue eyes, this weeks official photography shoot!

Blue eyed baby

Are you excited to see?

I'm excited to show you.

Yes, folks,  I'm following the dream and now going to take on more Photography clients.

If you missed the post,  I've been doing photos for a long time now but with no real requests to make it into a business.  I love it though and that's often the mistake so many of us make isn't it!

Anyway,  a gorgeous little boy sat for me this week and although I'm still building the photography blog and website I thought I would show you a couple of sneaky shots.

Remember though,  this is still a secret between us.  The rest of the world will get their big launch at a later stage!

Tell me what you think?

Photography news - but it's a secret shhh

My business is branching out!

Good morning lovely people.  Not sure where you are in the world but here in Kent, UK it's pouring hard with rain.  The gardens are looking lush and green this year.  We had a hot summer but no long dry spells so it's nice for the greenery...........Very observant you might think?  Well,  my eyes are wide open for these things and I'm about to let you in on a secret as to why!

Since I can remember,  I have had a love of photographs as have many other people.

My ShuhTzu Harley

Sadly for me at school,  many of the subjects I was interested in taking onto further education such as photography and make up artists and hairstylist all needed an Art qualification back then.  Me and art didn't mix for some reason which is odd.  Being very creative I'm so lucky that this type of thing comes naturally but pretty much all I can draw are trees!

So,  thankfully things changed and I managed to float into college and study hair and beauty and this advanced to me becoming more than just that.  Helping salons who need help with business.  Of course,  part of this is marketing.  I love marketing.

Through doing my own hair and beauty,  make up and weddings,  I've often ended up taking many photos.  Especially as I got very friendly with some of my clients.  They then let me know there was no photographer a the house before hand as this cost them extra money!

Taking along my pro Nikon camera,  I'd take a few shots to be later emailed on for them.

When you have a passion for such things it's a pleasure rather than a job to go ahead and take photos.

In 2008 I got a hold of my first mac and was off and flying putting dvd's together for people as gifts of photo slideshows and all that stuff.  Loving it!

Recently I've known I need a new challenge.  Thinking ahead to the future,  my lovely daughter is very sure that she wants to be a photographer.  She's very good with people and animals and has chosen these as her subjects.
So, together we are starting up a fully bone fide photography company.  Think we will call it Usher Photograpy (simple) but not sure yet.  What do you think?

The idea is,  it'll be me right now.  Marketing and taking on the work.  Makeovers will obviously be popular (I've done quite a few of these already) and weddings too.  When Jasmine is qualified too she will come onboard as an employee and when I retire she can carry on! (If I ever do - thinking not).

So this girl is on a mission to get a whole new blog started purely for the photography company.  I'd love to share it here for all you lovely readers and you can help us get it 'out there'.  I can see it tying nicely into the youtube,  instagram and blogger love affair I have going on.

What do you think?  Who else loves photos?  Please let me know if there is a lovely photography blog you like which I should be looking at!

This girl (me) is on the up.......find out what I mean with my sad news post

Life Coaching - Attracting the good stuff

What exactly is life coaching?

I totally have huge passion for this part of my job.  I've loved helping so many people.   Often they have felt confused about a situation.
Sometimes not motivated.
Very often simply need to thrash out a few ideas.
Business people have needed to be held accountable.

"Louise really helped me when I needed help with a big job decision.  I'm in a high profile position with work and didn't feel I could air my worries to colleagues. Speaking it all through with Louise helped me make the right decision for my future and I'm really glad she was able to make it clear for me." Rosie

"I was always so worried to go certain places at certain times.  I knew I was being silly.  But Lou made me realise this is my fear and it's real to me and I suppose not silly after all." Barbara

If you find you lie awake at night worrying about things you don't need to worry about really or the answers keep arguing with themselves inside your head as you drive around each day, maybe Life Coaching if for you.

Showing you how to get motivated is a big step forward.

Clearing the 'spaghetti head' as I call it is another.

Realising that everything doesn't have to be perfectly in place.  Including you.  You can still make progress.

Answering your lifes purpose.  Your passions.  Making them your dream come true.

There are so many ways in which coaching can help you.  Once you feel clear on your direction there will be no stopping you.  What is stopping you right now?  You may even be able to answer your own issues just by reading this post.

Posts like this have been known to ignite a spark into your decision to make a change.  Why not!
Will it make your life seem better?  Go for it!

Hello!!!! Is it me you're looking for?

I've missed you guys!

How ARE you?

Where have I been?

Oh,  you know,  stuff......  been doing more business stuff.  Drumming up work,  making a living.  This blog might do that one day and nothing will make me happier,  meanwhile I will keep writing here for pleasure.

My update:

*Still no visa news.  My gorgoeus fiance and I are still patiently waiting to find out if we can be together soon.

*I've lost a bit of weight.  I've been asked to get involved with a weight loss group (used to do this before,  shall i blog about it?  Answers below) which means another bit of work which I love.  Obviously it motivated me to lose a couple of lbs which crept on as they do.

*Having a nice time this summer,  enjoying the weather.  Thinking of throwing mum a  birthday party but she's not well right now.

*Twins are having teenage sleep overs all the time right now.  Which is fine.  I'm fine.  No,  really,  I'm fine!

*Decided to make more desk time which will be more productive now I'm not needed in the same way for my twins.

What you all been up to?

How DO I begin writing each day?

've been asked a brilliant and interesting question - "How do you center yourself and get started each day as I seem to waste the first 10-15 minutes figuring out what to say?"
Image
I started thinking over this answer and most likely, like many of you,  I started by thinking of a text book answer.
To be totally upfront and honest,  I was going to say:
Try placing your feet both flat on the floor.
Imagine the roots of a tree pulling you into the ground,  centering you and grounding you.
See with your inner eye a beam of golden light going through the top of your head right through your body.
Take a deep breath in and slowly release through your mouth.
Click your fingers and place them on the keyboard and see what comes.
Now: Of course you can use this technique!
For me,  I tend to find I always have loads to say and it just seems to flow.
Can I be really honest with you? I, like many of my writer friends I know just seem to sit and feel the flow and just type.  Often not needing to make too many editorial changes.  When I read back over my writing it sounds like a different person than me.  As if something magic happens.  This shows that within our own subconsious mind there is for sure something going on that is not in our consious mind.  I know this of me which is honestly why I feel when I write something down,  the reader gets better value out of me than if it's not written.
Do you find this as a writer?  When you blog,  magic happens?
I'm so lucky with my Salon Managers who ask me to manage and write their blogs for them,  it is packed full of information but also with a feeling and a flow full of information! This is a role I LOVE and clients of the salons love it too,  feeling connected as part of a community.
I'm interested to know,  what style do you write in?  What gets you going?  Do you use someone else?
Of course,  there's always the old favourite,  intending it through the law of attraction.
Have an awesome day

Look what the flip I did!

Look how brave I am!!!!

I don't mean just the snake in the video... (video is at the bottom of this blog)

Now yes, the snake thing was pretty scary and totally took me out of my comfort zone!

Yet while I was in this place I have previously called paradise... (you've heard that one before) I also fell head over heels in LOVE

Love.......

Funny thing that,  love.  Now I've sat quietly on this for some time because...... well,   because I'm a professional person who takes her career seriously.

Now...

While my work has a few different slants,  Primarily I help salon businesses with the marketing and management of their salons.  This is no secret.

I also still do styling for  several A-listers!

Folks have been asking me for ages to teach my "secret" on how I managed to turn my life around from a gloomy place to the paradise it now is.

I was running some workshops..

Spreading the word of the Law of Attraction.  People wanted more and more of this from me.

Cut to today,  I'm still the same business woman but now I've opened up my life to show more and more of the personal side of me.  I've popped a video on Youtube which is the start of documenting how I found my ideal partner.  He and I have quite a story to share with you and we are going to be adding more and more to this channel so please go have a look, feel free to share and you must subscribe to make sure you don't miss any more of this story!

We are hoping that people will beleive more and more that dreams do come true and I'm sharing the love via the net and it's my dream to empower people enough to carry on making this stuff.  I need your support and hoping that with the support of amazon,  my books, the affiliate links and the like that we can keep on providing this stuff for free and continue to teach folks

"Don't stop believing"  (sing along now) because I know that dreams really do come true!

Discount vouchers for your business - good idea?

Groupon,  Wowcher and the like are fast becoming household names.
Do you love the idea of getting these guys involved in your business?  After much research and discussion with the helpful man at Groupon,  I'm going to share some important pointers here with you including facts and figures.
Offering a cut and finish in your salon sounds like an excellent idea!!!
Initial thoughts?  A great way to introduce new clients into the salon!
That is EXACTLY what it will do,  it's more of an introductory service to you.  Groupon openly inform salons that this is not a promise of a get rich quick scheme and this is quite right of them to point this out.
What they can do for you is to use their successful marketing avenues to promote your discounted service to all the readers.
You and your salon need to take a big part of the responsibility.
Here's what groupon aren't doing:  They aren't telling anyone they will get a great service when they come,  they aren't telling anyone they can enjoy a nicely served coffee when they get there,  they aren't telling potential clients they would do well to rebook time and again.  All of that is up to you.  If you think you can sit back,  let the clients roll through the door and then just enjoy your charm so much that they will come back next time paying full price, then you are likely to be disappointed.  Very likely.
So,  let's talk about what Groupon will offer you,  then talk about what you need to do to make this a success.  Success is definitely possible and so long as you take the correct steps,  you will find some repeat custom.  Which is,  I'm sure, what you want.
If you have a cut and blow dry price of £35: Groupon will price this at (different for different salons but a rough idea) £16
Your salon is likely to get £6 of this (remembering VAT too)
Taking into account cost that isn't already an operational cost (i.e. Salon is already standing there rented, Staff are already standing there with empty columns) you are pretty much paying for some extra electric and products,  perhaps a lovely coffee too.   Thinking on it, if you are top end salon with top end backwash and styling products,  you might well find your profit levels from Groupon clients is ZERO.
Yes that's right a big fat zero.  Of course there needs to be extra time making these bookings and laundry of towels so it surely is a big consideration.
What type of clients will book through Groupon?
Have you ever used discount vouchers?  Who do you know who has?  Think about the profile of the person looking for a discount.  Let me give you a massive help here:
The number one reason hairdressing clients are looking on Groupon is to SAVE money.  Obvious as that sounds,  it needs pointing out.
Your job needs to be carefully considered when making the commitment to do a deal on Groupon.  Assuming you go ahead,  here are my pointers to make this the most successful campaign it can be in your marketing of your salon and getting those 'bums on seats'.
Always keep in mind that you will have certain clients using Groupon who are constant bargain hunters.  However this doesn't mean they don't have any money.
What they can afford is none of your business.  Don't assume they have no money. You possibly could assume in many cases that they are looking for value for money.  This means providing excellent service.
Here's what to do:
*Only go ahead and commit to Groupon when you are 100% ready in your business.  This means staff are briefed and trained at your highest levels of customer service,  right down to every detail of how to answer the phone
*Ensure you have thought and thought and thought about how many clients you are prepared to commit to.  Groupon will have a minimum number you need to commit to obviously to cover their profit margins for designing the artwork etc. Don't over commit.  You will also find clients look you up and phone you not going via Groupon but call you directly.  This will happen.  It's life.  Be ready for these extra clients and make a decision if you are prepared to match the £16 offer directly to them.  Makes sense of course on a marketing level but it's new clients you will need to commit to. Be ready.  They may also look you up after the offer has ended.  Brief the staff ready for these phone calls.
*Offer the client your best service.  This doesn't necessarily mean give this service discounted to your best stylist.  Ideally,  you should keep the best stylists as a premium service.  Please be confident in your graduate stylists ability.  Especially customer service as well as skills.
*Wow these clients, give them more than they expect.  Don't give them a £16 service - give them top dollar service.  Make them feel so special,  take their coat,  do a thorough consultation,  sit eye to eye with them,  not the back of the head or talking through the mirror.
*Ensure you have a drinks menu with a list of gorgeous drinks on in a laminated menu. You don't need a fancy machine.  You can buy drinks with a one use sachet these days, (more expensive but until you get profits up it will be fine) then at a later stage you can buy your dolce gusto machine you dreamed of for your salon.
*Clients using Groupon will be tempted by money off.  WE know that already don't we.  That's why they are now sitting in your salon.  They have been 'wowed' already and they have an excellent hair cut they love at a discount price.  They got more than they imagined by far.  Already you are head and shoulders above many other salons who are quiet because of bad client care and service in general.  Therefore,  the likelihood may well be that this client would like to come back.  £35 though.....they would need to invest an extra £20 every 6 weeks than in already in their budget.  That's too much.  Turns them off and they leave never to return.  What you need to do is to help them to return by offering them an excellent discount on their next offer. At the counter as they leave, you say, "We would love to have you come back and see us again and we recommend your next cut and finish in 6 weeks.  If you book with us today, you will be given this voucher (hand them a voucher) which will give you £15 off your next booking."  Once they have been to your salon twice with the excellent service they received,  they are likely to stay with you at the full price.
*Making more profit is essential to you at this busy but non profit making time.  This of course comes in the form of retail sales.  You must do your utmost to upsell.  If you or your staff need training on this let me know.  Offering recommendations to your clients will make them feel cared about and provide an excellent service. Make sure your retail area is well stocked and looks appealing.
*Please please make sure that you ask clients to complete a new client record card as they arrive.  This will enable you to keep in touch with them in the coming weeks.  I suggest a text message 24 hours after the appointment and ask them how they are finding their hair,  thanking them for their business.  Most clients are lost due to thinking they are not invited to come back again. Don't forget to put a permission to contact tick box at the bottom of the page.
Serve, serve, serve.  Give them your best service,  the nicest atmosphere and of course and excellent hair cut.  At the stage of taking the phone call,  you could also offer the client an upsell of a colour while they are taking this appointment.  This will generate a little more income for you and also offer a better service.
Thinking you need more clients is a realisation.  Enlisting the help of a company like Groupon can be a brilliant decision.  They send out excellent work.  It is YOUR responsibility to resell the work.  The marketing begins with Groupon then carries over to you.
Yes, I know some people have bad experiences of clients who are simply tight with the wallet.  That's the luck of the draw.  These folks won't bother you again after the offer is finished.  You want to sift through and find the clients who you want back time and again.  They are there,  waiting to be impressed.
Impress them,  don't disappoint and chances are you will boost sales long term with all your efforts paying off!
Wishing you lots of luck and please let me know if you need help with any of this including training or even down to the printing of your drinks menus and money off vouchers for the 2nd appointment.  Might be a good idea to get a mystery shopper in too prior to the deal to see where you can make improvements!

Do you want more money?

Is that a daft question? Who doesn't want more money?  Now as a personal coach I would ask lots of questions such as
*Why do you want more money?
*How are you going to get more money?
*What difference will it make to your life when you have more money?
Now,  think about those questions.  Many people just have a feeling of they want more money and not so sure about the how or why.....
If you feel inclined to,  write those questions down and even write the answers.  You can write them below if you like in the comments box..   You may be very surprised to realise you actually might find it VERY achievable.  Of course we can do lots of work to break down HOW to get this extra revenue and I may well go ahead with a VLOG and a flip chart  on you tube and break everything down.
However,  I have a very strong feeling that you may be falling into the same category as many others which is this: You listen to the media!
Recession recession we are being told.  Ok, enough of that word now!
Listen,  I read yesterday that if we all split the money of the word equally,  we would all have a million pounds......... HEY!! That means someone has yours,  unless you are a millionaire already!
Now, true or not I want you to open your mind right now and think about this:
Apple
Mark and Spencer
Costa
Three names for you!! Ok, so what about them?? They are all BUSY! Look in the grocery department at M N S and see how busy they are.  I visited Bluewater recently and most of the shops were empty. I was going to have my MAC looked at and honestly,  Apple was so so busy in there! Now, did you notice that Apple NEVER discount their products or put on a sale.  Why would they?  They don't need to! They have a quality product that EVERYONE wants (pretty much!) and people are prepared to pay for that quality!
Let's say that again.
THEY HAVE A QUALITY PRODUCT THAT DOESNT NEED DISCOUNTING BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE PREPARED TO PAY FOR THAT QUALITY.
So, imagine your business without discounts and offers and tricks.  What about if you were just to add a better quality that you would get known for and then the profit margins would go up as you take away the need for discounting.
Should you decide to see the glass as half empty here just to try and be clever,  you could say
"Ah yes but all those shops that sell things for 99p or discounted clothes shops are busy too as that is what people can afford."
How do you know what people can afford?  Why are you assuming what they can afford.
Ok, so yes, many people want to buy something for 99p.  How many products does that store need to sell to generate enough profit to pay the staff, the rent, the rates, the accountant? Etc etc.  You see my point.
To enable you to pay the attention in time to your client,  you need to offer that quality.
Competing with the competition means you will have to offer quality.  Look around you.  Do the staff look immaculate? What about the decor....... ?
What about your thoughts?
Are you worth it? What are you worth?

How to decide to GO FOR IT! Making your dreams come true

Just recently while at the gym, I bumped into two very good friends of mine.
These ladies had seen my blog and have known for a long time about my book writing. They asked me, "Well, I really want to write a book but have no idea how to get it out there."
I say 'asked me' yet in an English Literature class at school this actually isn't a question but rather a statement.
So, why are YOU telling yourself with a statement that you can't get it out there? Or make the changes? Or do what you need to do to create your dream life? Your 'lusher life'.
Let's look at turning this around....
What CAN you do to enable yourself one little move in the direction of making your dream come true'? How can you begin? There will be some small way, honestly. I have been making these moves for sometime and have managed to get literally stacks of work done. You can too.
There are many authors who have written books while still working the day job to enable them to pay the bills. Of course, you must be sensible obviously. If you decided after reading this blog, "Right, she's right, that Louise has made me decide to completely change my life starting right now!" and you haven't taken common sense into the equation then possibly things will not work out so well. Figure it out with a little sense. While you are fitting in your dreams, you are working towards them without the changes spoiling your current situation. In other words, you are taking steps to IMPROVE life without going crazy and making your life in a worse situation.
Ok, enough of the negative stuff now as we don't like to do that here. So, what do you want? I ask you that question on lots of my blogs. This blog is about creating your Lusher Life. What do you want? Imagine you want to write a book. In your break at work, like lunchtime or even coffee break, start writing. Don't overcomplicate the tools you need. You can use your phone, we all have the facility these days to write some lines on our phone. Even without a smart phone, text it to yourself. Write wherever you are.
If, as another example, you decided you need to take a course, or learn something new, use podcasts, or YouTube to educate yourself on your commute or again during your lunchbreak.
First step is this: Imagine that it is all possible! Use my word 'do-able'. Is it do-able? Don't find excuses or reasons. Find ways to do it. The only one who can change your life is you.
I'm spending lots and lots of time coaching these past few weeks and the mindsetting is always the first step to making changes. Let me know if you feel you would like some help too. I will very bravely be inviting (anonymous if you like) texts to my personal phone for free pretty soon. FREE. I will invite you to send me your text or email to me personally with your question. I may use these questions to answer in a blog too if that's ok with you. Let's be brave together?
Thing is, you need to subscribe to my blog or email list (right hand side of the blog page) to get this number as it's coming later. Also, if you come over to my email list there is a future audiobook "Basics to the Law of ATTRACTION' as a free gift for you.
Your dream life:
Can you do it?
WILL you do it?
Much love

We all have a book inside us

Of course, ALL of my clients are GORGEOUS and I love spending time with them...
Yet this past week has been so enlightening. I saw an amazing lady who has become so inspired with a couple of courses she has been on.
Mindsetting courses mostly,  though I'm pretty sure that these BRILLIANT people organising the day would elaborate on that instantly.  Rightly so!
Well this fantastic lady (with the BOLD purple hair!) came along and shared something with me that seemed to get her some fire in her belly.  Now many of us have heard the expression, 'we all have a book inside us'.... Have you?  Well,  I've heard this many times during my journey of telling people about my books, especially the one relating to my IVF journey.
Nodding with interest they often reply, "well, we all have a book inside us."  Without expectation, I have sent some of these folks a snippet from the forthcoming book and they have seemed surprised,  delighted and quite frankly have been totally supportive of my dream! LOVE IT.
So,  I believe that my lady is now chewing over the most passionate way in which to convey her knowledge into a book form.  She believes it can wonderfully accompany her complimentary therapy business. If she believes that then I believe she could be right. Remember
Ask
Believe
Receive
If nothing else, it's a great way to get you to remember the "i before e except after c" rule.... :O)
Seriously,  I couldn't leave out the chance to mention the lovely Law of Attraction rule there.  So good luck to this amazing lady. I'm just off to write her a testimonial for an awesome treatment she kindly gave me!
Meanwhile, I'd love to add this web address if you feel you have a book inside you.  I've found a real gem out there who is totally ahead of the game when it comes to lots of technical information about getting your book published (and of course written!)... her name is Joanna Penn.

Really soon (I promise) I'm going to be uploading a Youtube vlog about going for your dreams.  You must come over and see that! http://www.youtube.com/louiseusher
Wishing you an awesome day and a Lusher Life

"The Crazy ideas keep going round and round in my head!" - is this you?

The crazy ideas keep going round and round my head

Just like the now famous song, "The Climb", sometimes, we are so busy striving for the things we dream of.  When you reach the top of the mountain you may well find yourself looking for another mountain to climb.

Why? Well the reason is simple. Very often we find the thrill of the chase is in setting out with a dream, a passion unfulfilled or indeed the drama of trying to create a reality out of your own dream.

Does this sound true? Are you   a person who loves to keep thinking of new ideas all the time?  Have you often found people might say things to you like, "You are always dreaming up new things, try sticking to one thing."
This is called the entrepreneaur.  This is who you are.  Cut yourself some slack and realise that you are indeed a person who will frequently drive yourself crazy, be your own critic and also indeed wish you had an 'on/off' switch for your brain.  Especially while driving the car or listening to someone who you are far from interested in.  You might even go so far as to use your "hairdressers ear" and nod in the right places or indeed
"Hmm",
"Ahh" and
"Oh really" in all the right places while you are switched off but tapped into your own brain.  This, my friend, is not a bad thing. Yet it drives you NUTS.

Ok, anaylse yourself. As you are the person who has the best perception of what will work for you and what won't.

What WILL WORK FOR YOU AND WHAT WON'T?

You have tried lots  of ideas which were great, might have even made you money, yet you hated it.  Something called your Solar Plexis (or gut feeling) alerts you to the fact that this just didn't sit right with you.  So how do you sort out what you do want? Which idea should you go with and which ideas should you write on a peice of paper, screw up and throw away?

The coach in me has decided to speak to you here and now and ask you to listen to within.  At times, you can feel so totally broke or "textbook" says things are going wrong.  These can often be the times that you are happiest.  Can you explain why? Not always! Something from within loves these feelings for some reason and therefore you need to listen closely to them.  Do this and you are on route to a brilliant life.

So how? Louise, tell me how?

I didn't tell you how yet did I?  You can sort out your "Stuff"..........it's pretty straightforward and you can do this clearly in your coffee break.  Ask me using my email louise@stranddesigns.co.uk and I will send you a  FREE formula that will stop the spaghetti brain and also will help you focus and love yourself for taking ten minutes to sort it out!

If you love this please help someone else towards a Lusher Life and forward/share/like/love....................and don't keep it a secret

Much love -

Gaining control of your business- gaining control of self esteem

You made it!!!!
Fantastic!! Your dreams came true and that inner confidence you gained has given you enough adrenalin to get your business off the ground. Those sleepless nights of crazy ideas and jotting things down
* Asking friends for help
* Finding creative ways of getting help with minimal cost
* Driving round half asleep
* Getting some press coverage
* Painting and decorating (you thought you were a hairdresser?)
And your business is open!!
Woo hoo - congratulations!
Now what?  You have hired the best staff in the business and you have found they know LOTS about thier craft or skill.  Exactly what you wanted! Brilliant.
Problem is, some of the staff may be more skilled than you, some may be older than you, some may sell more products than you.
This, little by little, wears away at your self esteem.  You feel like you lost control. Oh no, how did that happen? What happened to the drive, passion and ambition?  Let me tell you, it's still there and you still have it in you to be the LEADER you dreamed of being.  You can do this but how?
Decide exactly what it is that makes you feel you have a low self esteem.  Do your staff listen to you?  Do they respect you?  Are you behaving like a leader?
Maybe the problem just lies within you.  Maybe you are questioning yourself.  Are you good enough?
Of course you are good enough.  How you turn it around is a question you can answer within yourself but you need some help sometimes to realise this.  If you walk around like a victim about to be picked over by the vultures who are your staff then guess what? .... they are going to do exactly what you think they will.  The BEST way forward is to physically begin by walking tall,  by COMMANDING respect from the staff,  by being a LEADER.
Find the answer within yourself and decide what is keeping you low, then go ahead and turn it around.
If you feel you would like some further direction on this or need to talk things over with someone who can listen knowingly (I've seen it all from previous clients) then go ahead and ask me for some help. louise@stranddesigns.co.uk
