#battenveda sad times

HI everyone, Today, my video was really sad.



As I was heading off to Summer in the City today (a Youtube creators day) I was struck with really bad tummy pain and fever.  It's part of having crohns disease.  I have been talking more about this lately as I just see it taking a grip on days like today. The exact reason why is all to do with the food i consumed yesterday and here in lies my passion. I want to help others to realise they can eat right and be more well.  So I haven't made it to the Summer in the City and I am pretty devastated.



There's always next year!
