I love my bucket list - what's on yours?

I'm not jumping out of a plane.  Or swimming the channel.

Hmm so yes I do love the thrill of doing something exciting but certain things just don't seem to sit right with me if they are on my bucket list.  So mine is a little modest perhaps.
The joy that comes with each tick?  Still just as precious as ever!

If you enjoyed the last blog post (I expect you did as it went very viral and for which I am so thankful) you will have seen my story of how/when/why I joined the university choir.
The friend I mentioned in the post, Lulu, and I have been chatting frequently and  - oh you know what I'm not sure why I felt a need to mention that here but I'm so proud to have her in my life.
Anyhow, Friday happened.  And I ticked the bucket list, actually doing myself remarkably proud and being much less imperfect than I expected while still not over achieving (as that might have meant I should have been a child progedy -whilst without time travel- would simply mean it's a tragedy).

Currently I'm lacking in the desire to over share although this might change later on.

Let me tell you, life is taking a course of events as I approach the final year of my degree.
Having just completed the necessary blog posts as part of my course, it was interesting to reflect on what a different person I now am to back in year zero.  Of course I was 'in there' and just needed to bloom.  Having experienced challenges not only in the science world but also in some of the challenging personalities I have spent time with over this past 4 years I now sense I am really on track.
Stronger than ever, never been so happy and physically growing stronger every day since my illnesses got a bit challenging too.

Had you mentioned this time last year how incredible things would be right now, while under so much dissertation pressure, I am not sure I would have trusted your motives.

So this bucket list (I'm hoping) gets 2 more ticks over Easter as we are heading off to the countryside for my little bit of Wanderlust tree hugging as I get to work on the lambs being born. Loving Easter as one of my favourite times of year, and ready for a break - I am not allowing myself to feel the excitement just yet as I will when I begin the long drive in the 4WD.  Our house and it's new log burner is awaiting us in the Welsh countryside and Harley will have a lovely new haircut and no doubt keep me warm at night with his snoring ShihTzu nostrils as always.

One mini manifestation I haven't quite figured out just yet is seeing the Queen.  This might be unexciting really but I do love the Royal family and I thought it would be a cool thing to pop on the bucket list.  The times I worked at Royal Ascot and Newmarket and the Royals were there but of course, I was busy doing my thing...

Think I might need to add some more to the list.  Or will the list of travel destinations I'm working on suffice?

What about you? What's on yours? Ticked any recently?  Such a buzz isn't it!

Much love, as always

Louise xoxo

Live Q and A

Hey there

How's the world in your Lusher Life?

Things here have been crazy and fun all at the same time.  Yesterday after many requests I made a live Q and A on google hangouts and youtube! IT was awesome.  Raw.  You get to see the real me.  I even almost cried tears of JOY.

Missed it?  Never mind, watch it here!  If you don't have an hour to watch, scroll to the 40th minute onwards where I speak about writing as a passion and my moment of realisation.

Much love

Louise xoxo

Bob Proctor on Paradigms

Hey folks.  I'm so excited to share with you the video I have watched today.

I find it exciting,  inspiring and of course helpful towards my Lusher Life!

I do write on another blog which is much less personal than this blog.  It's over on wordpress and thankfully is one which works on Bloglovin'.  I'm having problems with Bloglovin on this blog which makes me very sad indeed.  Most of what I share on here is being missed by many.  Despite several efforts to fix it,  seems I'm not meant to share it except for your eyes only.

Nevertheless,  here I am working away at my computer today,  giving me much to ponder as life changes for me and I stumbled across a video I would only normally share over on WP.  Though as my blog is titled "Lusher life" and it's one of my Lusher life subjects,  I really felt you guys would love it too.

Have a little look and come on over and leave me a comment or two.

Hope your day is going brilliantly and you are enjoying the Autumn sunshine

So many blogs to write, so many vlogs to edit

Morning all

News in the Usher household is plentiful right now!

There is so much going on.  I love life when it's like that!

Now it's mostly about this fella right now, my adorable Mo.

In 8 sleeps he will be getting on the plane to come here and join me for the start of a brand new life together.

You can imagine how exciting this time is.  I'm feeling a need to blog it all as it happens so you can get up to date and be with us on the journey as it happens!

As an author I'm keen to get on with more books,  Mo and I  have decided we have an amazing story and we should be sharing it with others to give them hope or to simply give them a nice story to read.

So I need a little schedule.  With my morning coffee I shall sit and blog more.  I could write until the cows come home! IT's part of what I do.... It's my passion.

I love this photo of us.  It was  a fun filled night of friends, vodka, music, laughter and dancing! We loved it.  Some of my close friends have told me they can feel the love in this photo!  How nice.

Meanwhile,  I've lots of photos I can share with you as I shop ebay and the local stores for wedding accessories etc....

Stay tuned!

Dreams *so* do come true

You lovely lovely people!!!

I'm feeling so at peace and feeling the love this week.  Settled.  Happy.  Content.

Lucky!

Many 'life' hippies like myself often think there is no such thing as luck but rather we make our own.  I'm very inclined to agree but I say:

"I'm so lucky!" So often.

I guess what I mean is I'm thankful.  Fortunate.  Grateful.

Life has been fantastic for me just lately and I'm feeling lucky!

Just wanted to check in and share this happy feeling along with a couple of happy photos!

Building this blog has really been giving me a sense of belonging and I'm enjoying myself so much! Please do me the honour of following me in whichever places suit you and click some likes or make some nice comments for me.

Encourage me! It's so lovely.  Now then folks, I've just signed up for bloglovin' so please follow me there too.

When I think back to life just a few short years ago.....I was struggling..... then I found the law of attraction,  positivity and gratitude.  Now,  the story is very different.  Have a look at life now!

WOW....

Look what the flip I did!

Look how brave I am!!!!

I don't mean just the snake in the video... (video is at the bottom of this blog)

Now yes, the snake thing was pretty scary and totally took me out of my comfort zone!

Yet while I was in this place I have previously called paradise... (you've heard that one before) I also fell head over heels in LOVE

Love.......

Funny thing that,  love.  Now I've sat quietly on this for some time because...... well,   because I'm a professional person who takes her career seriously.

Now...

While my work has a few different slants,  Primarily I help salon businesses with the marketing and management of their salons.  This is no secret.

I also still do styling for  several A-listers!

Folks have been asking me for ages to teach my "secret" on how I managed to turn my life around from a gloomy place to the paradise it now is.

I was running some workshops..

Spreading the word of the Law of Attraction.  People wanted more and more of this from me.

Cut to today,  I'm still the same business woman but now I've opened up my life to show more and more of the personal side of me.  I've popped a video on Youtube which is the start of documenting how I found my ideal partner.  He and I have quite a story to share with you and we are going to be adding more and more to this channel so please go have a look, feel free to share and you must subscribe to make sure you don't miss any more of this story!

We are hoping that people will beleive more and more that dreams do come true and I'm sharing the love via the net and it's my dream to empower people enough to carry on making this stuff.  I need your support and hoping that with the support of amazon,  my books, the affiliate links and the like that we can keep on providing this stuff for free and continue to teach folks

"Don't stop believing"  (sing along now) because I know that dreams really do come true!

We all have a book inside us

Of course, ALL of my clients are GORGEOUS and I love spending time with them...
Yet this past week has been so enlightening. I saw an amazing lady who has become so inspired with a couple of courses she has been on.
Mindsetting courses mostly,  though I'm pretty sure that these BRILLIANT people organising the day would elaborate on that instantly.  Rightly so!
Well this fantastic lady (with the BOLD purple hair!) came along and shared something with me that seemed to get her some fire in her belly.  Now many of us have heard the expression, 'we all have a book inside us'.... Have you?  Well,  I've heard this many times during my journey of telling people about my books, especially the one relating to my IVF journey.
Nodding with interest they often reply, "well, we all have a book inside us."  Without expectation, I have sent some of these folks a snippet from the forthcoming book and they have seemed surprised,  delighted and quite frankly have been totally supportive of my dream! LOVE IT.
So,  I believe that my lady is now chewing over the most passionate way in which to convey her knowledge into a book form.  She believes it can wonderfully accompany her complimentary therapy business. If she believes that then I believe she could be right. Remember
Ask
Believe
Receive
If nothing else, it's a great way to get you to remember the "i before e except after c" rule.... :O)
Seriously,  I couldn't leave out the chance to mention the lovely Law of Attraction rule there.  So good luck to this amazing lady. I'm just off to write her a testimonial for an awesome treatment she kindly gave me!
Meanwhile, I'd love to add this web address if you feel you have a book inside you.  I've found a real gem out there who is totally ahead of the game when it comes to lots of technical information about getting your book published (and of course written!)... her name is Joanna Penn.

Really soon (I promise) I'm going to be uploading a Youtube vlog about going for your dreams.  You must come over and see that! http://www.youtube.com/louiseusher
Wishing you an awesome day and a Lusher Life
