YouTube want me to do this with my channel - I can’t BELIEVE IM TELLING YOU THIS

Why did I start my Youtube channel?

Ten years ago, when I discovered the power of the Law of Attraction, I was in a frenzy to make sure I spread the word to everyone. Why didn’t everyone know this?

Shock! They did. Well, not everyone but lots of people did. I was late to the party. But in that time, I have gathered a brilliant tribe together – all of you! And you have no idea how amazing it is to create videos for you.

Although, I have been on some journeys with this channel as it seems to have carried me along through a meandering river downstream with ease. We have enjoyed travel vlogs most of all on this channel and I love creating those. But it can be confusing when you are trying to create content for the masses. They often swing by, find out what they need to know and jog off again… which is completely fine but I want us to go deeper. Like, really deep. I have stories to share of inspiration and motivation and I would love you to be able to create a better life for yourself, like I have.

I wrote in my notes: ‘Who is this channel now – I’m not sure’ but I am sure. We are a group of people who grow every day as we travel through life together in a metaphorical sense and a literal journey. Are you with me?

Love, as always

December 3,4,5th (?) #Vlogmas for the past 3 years

So I already lost track of what I am doing this Vlogmas so thank goodness I am not filming and editing Vlogmas for my Youtube channel.  Imagine?! I crave the day when I can VLOG and Blog to my hearts content. Will this happen next year at Christmas?  Could I possibly plan days of going out filming and finding things with amazing content to create beautiful cinematic videos to show you?

That depends so much on you guys enjoying what I'm sharing and you further sharing with your people too!
Many of you are asking me to share the secrets for making an online business and this will be coming next January for sure. Little snippets through the latter part of the winter and into spring then let's do lots more of that as we head into summer?  If that's something you would like to know more about please do come on down into the comments box and tell me. Knowing lots of you are shy philanthropists, of course I will respond to those inbox messages too! Let me know what you would like to see.

So here are the videos I have brought out of the cupboard from dusty youtube to show you today.  I particularly love the one where we are at Greenwich watching the choir. I'm thinking back over that memory with great fondness.  We have tickets to go tonight too but mum isn't well enough and neither is she happy to be left so I'm here, working on a case study project, about to diagnose a small boy with iron deficiency anaemia.

Can't wait to begin to focus on Christmas.

How is your Christmas going?

Why I'm not doing #Vlogmas this year

It's December already! Gosh.  Once again this seems impossible.  How did the time literally grow wings and fly so fast?

Something different in my world this December.  Ok, so lots the same, I will still have a birthday for example. Yet for the past 3 years I have participated in #vlogmas.

What is VLogmas?

You VLOG each day in December in the lead up until Christmas. In other words, you get to be nosey in other peoples lives as they begin to prepare for Christmas.  Yes.  That's as simple as it is.  Although if you are a vlogmas participant you will 'have my back' when I say it's a lot of work! To create something beautiful and interesting takes a lot of time.

As a reader of my blog for a while, you are likely to know I have my hands full with my final year of university, looking after my mum, obviously seeing to the twins as always and general stuff around my own health and life.  Sensing vlogmas might be too much I have decided on another path instead:

I will be sharing my last 3 years Vlogmas over on my twitter page instead.  Each day, as if we are travelling back in time.  Gosh, 3 years ago I looked so much more well and healthy than I do right now! What happened?

2014

2015

2016 a particularly beautiful one.

Hope you enjoy! If you are doing vlogmas, tag me in twitter when you upload and I will enjoy watching and retweeting!

Much love this vlogmas

Louise xoxo

Two very different black clouds

Today, I felt two very different types of black cloud approaching.

It's no secret that here in the UK we had a very adverse weather forecast.

Rather like my mood.  I Started out feeling great, buzzing for my Human Nutrition year 2 degree exam.  Guessing that every 'up' also brings a 'down',  I got home and took to my bed.

Crohns disease has reared its uninvited head the past two days.  This has left me exhausted,  running on my ever-pressured adrenal glands (bless those little walnuts).

Waking, I felt strange; rested.

Harley and I had snuggled in tightly and got warm.  Him wearing his hoody with the words 'cute' written on it! Yes, I know, I should have waited to give him a hair cut.
Feeling my unwelcome guest, anxiety approaching, I could feel myself wanting to distance myself from my nearest and dearest, everyone and the world.  Just about everyone.

Sitting with a calculator and pen, I did the usual calculations.  Aiming to out-wit the anxiety with my mathematical calculations, I managed to inspire myself enough to realise that with a couple of years of consistent blogging and creating youtube videos I can actually live the dream I have in working full time from home.
No way?  Yes!

Thus relieving the pressure to get up each day healthier than the previous day.  Much as I love to believe I have this illness under control, there are those days when it somehow is smarter than me.

Feeling in-spirit (inspired) I took to the keyboard and lit the candle. With only my tinitus, ticking clock, snoring dog and fired up boiler for sounds, I begin to write.  My passion, my love.

I want to write, write, WRITE.

This black cloud approaches,  this brings the beauty of snowflakes.

Without a sound, we see them falling,  covering the roads and pathways in an instant.  Such beauty.  As the social media channels begin to fill with children out playing late into bedtime and snowmen being built around these towns, I began to dream of a snow day tomorrow.

Would we get a snow day?

Don't get me wrong, I have two amazing clients booked to see in the morning, right before my gastroenterology appointment at the hospital, yet I have fire in my belly to write write WRITE.

Are you with me on this journey?

As always, much love

Louise xoxo

So the time has come to go public...

The time has come to go public...

After asking the question on my Facebook group A Lusher Life, I have listened to the responses with anxious happiness and decided that I need to stand proud of the fact that I am in fact a BLOGGER!
As well as all this, I am forever creating movies to share with the world on my Youtube Channels, both personal VLOGGING and my nutrition channel.

Why?

And why didn't I share this sooner?

Let's answer the last question first. I didn't share it for fear of unfriendly judgement. Yet I should know better at my age, with my life experience, as friends tell me to ignore those.
"You'll never please all of the people all of the time."
True.  If those people all knew my reason why, surely they would be kinder.  I'll tell you my Why in a sec.

Why have I chosen to share so much so publicly?  Great question.  It began back in 2009 with me hearing about the Law of Attraction, The Secret, Abraham Hicks and postivity.  To me, this was all new news.
"Why doesn't everyone know life is meant to be amazing?" I asked myself.
Turns out, lots of people Do know this stuff.  Yet, I still continue to remind others as I continue my learning around the subject too.

Bring this all forward to the here and now, today.

You may know, you may not, there is a list of health issues I often find a struggle.  Thinking about listing these as bullet points here may induce disbelief and possibly an air of sympathy which is definitely not what this post is about.  This post is about having these 'issues' and carrying on regardless.  So for me, a regular job is difficult, near on impossible.  Asking too much these days for employers to be sympathetic and patient when results are achieved or not.
So in a passionate mindset of positivity, I am determined to honour the work ethic I have been raised to carry.  Despite illness, disease and hearing impairment (let's not go too far down the route of what's wrong although it's the biggest WHY) I want to continue to work. Should the health stuff become an issue and I can't hear anymore, leave the house or simply need to take to my bed randomly, I have this dream and notion that I can do all this from home.
Possible right? Many folks are doing this! Why not me?

Spending the past 7 years researching, learning and finding a craft which I love and adore, I am now ready.  Judgements be gone.  I'm ready to embrace life and work in the field I love (helping others) from home using both blogs like this and my love for creating films to add to Youtube.  My aim and my dream is to share my knowledge and a bit about life too as I pop health tips and even some meditation links as I find them.

Unsure if this makes any sense,  I ask you to support me.

My aim is to share these writings and videos as far and wide as I can.  In the hope they will help others as well as the hope that the tiny affiliate links I share help create an income from the blogs.  Should you find you wish to subscribe for more or share my links, please do. I would be eternally grateful.

Below, is a chance to leave comments.  Let me know what you would like to see here.  We can do some regular Q and A sessions too.  Ask away.  My door is open.

Much love, as always,

Louise xoxo

Can't sleep; my writer head types on...

Oh how I wish I'd brought my laptop with me on this weekend break.

Swirling around my mind are more and more blog posts, stories, thoughts and I would love a keyboard to thrash it out on.

Alas, the mobile phone app will do with one finger typing.

Curtains ajar, window easing through cool September air, I see the daylight breaking creating silhouettes in the beautiful trees that surround our part time home.

At my feet, Harley the shih tzu snores so loudly.
In my stomach, my intestines whirr as my stomach feels acidic.

While it's noisy, I don't feel great and I sit awake, I do have the precious time to think and type.

Why don't we pull out all the stops to fulfill our dreams?

You see it's no secret on this blog that my online life of blogging and creating videos is something I adore. With ideas constantly overflowing, I would love the luxury of time to get all that out there.
Realising now that I do have time while I'm here, I didn't bring the laptop!

In my defence, I thought there wouldn't be time here. It's family time. So important. Yet my lack of sleep gave me the quality silence I needed to write more.

Meanwhile, I listen to the birds sing.

Ready to search google for one of my law of attraction gurus to plant belief in my head for the next hour before my alarm goes off.

So much has been going on this January!

So I don't know about you and your new year resolutions,  but I didn't even make any.

Although it has been such a full and exciting January so far!

I'm even back dancing once again! This has been a massive void in my life and I'm not sure what ever possessed me to stop.  But it's the music, the people, the movement... all this has got my heart beating double time once again and making me feel like I'm cranking up my life on the 'living' stakes!

Where do I start with sharing you all the news that has gone on?  Well, I'm never sure           (unless you tell me) how you came across my blog.  Although what I do know is that my blogs on Law of Attraction and creating the life of your dreams are always, always popular.  Who wouldn't want to manifest the life of their dreams eh?

Show of hands?  Well, I'm first in the line too.  Living my own journey has, I'm sure resonated with some of you and this hopefully lets you connect.  See, even when so called 'experts' share nuggets of information, there isn't always a smooth path to follow.  These things take time, and some work too.

Approaching it from a place of love is always how I like it.  As in, even if it seems like an uphill climb sometimes, it's still the climb that is the exciting part.  Who wants to get to the top?  Well maybe to sit and take in the view for a while and enjoy being up there.  Then will come the need for the next challenge.  This is where I'm at for sure.

My course at university takes a whole heap of commitment and work.  I love it though.  I love the challenge and I have found a way in which I can give it my all. If it turns out my all won't get me the marks I need for next year, I can take a slightly different course.  But give it my all; I shall.

If you have seen me around twitter  you may have noticed I was taking part in Vlogmas and met a whole new bunch of lovely friends.  Recently, we met up and had an awesome weekend in Liverpool and we have since started a collab channel on Youtube.  Exciting!  We are all bringing different things to the table and its a diverse channel.  Our next meet up is happening in London at the end of March where the international star of our channel is coming over from Oz.  Fantastic!

So, it seems that once again, the Law of attraction is in action and taking me to different places than I had imagined.
During all this, someone from my gig on Fiverr has got in touch and asked me to feature regularly on their membership site (bi-weekly) which is also exciting.  I will pass details on in my next blog.  So I shall definitely be focused more and more on the law of attraction for you there too.

Keeping it real though, I am still sharing my Vlog experiences on Youtube and you can see what we have been up to in the links below.  Great watching for a quick coffee break.

In February I will be doing a live stream on my Youtube channel and I'm interested to collect your questions for this time too.  If you haven't subscribed to my channel yet, go ahead and do it here and you will get an email from me letting you know when the live stream will be.  It's all free of course.

Meanwhile, go check out the channels below and let me know what you think.  Send your questions to me at my email

Sending you much love

Louise xoxo

Meeting Zoella

As promised, here are the photos from the day we met Zoella.

She was totally a delight.  Looking right into the eyes and excited faces of every book fan, she was lovely.
I announced to her with glee,
"I've brought my baby girl to see you!" And she replied with an "Aww" and pulled a face that was familiar in her videos to her viewers.

I asked Zoe with a heart felt message, "So how are you doing?" Thinking she is likely exhausted with mental excitement and she replied with a cheery smile,
"I'm ok how are you?"

Once Typical pink teenager showed emotion, I showed emotion too.  Apparently the first parent to shed a tear.

Another parent who I connected with through twitter (he was there taking his big baby girl too) said I must be so proud to have the #firstcryingparentaward.  Yes!

So here are the photos from blue water book signing with Zoe and my girl.  What a wonderful day.  A great demonstration of a Lusher Life and a dream coming true.  For both Zoe and my Jas.

Apologies for the quality but we had to be quick taking the pics on the phone.

I'll be making a 'snippets' video to go on Youtube really soon, meanwhile, wishing you Much love

Being a busy blogger

Hi folks, how are all of you doing?

You see this photo I took when I was out at the shops a couple of months ago with my daughter?  How cool.  Just shows how far blogging has come these days.

Using blogger as a platform is a no brainer for me.  For this type of blog at least.  I find that there is a real sense of community within the Blogger network and I think the blogs looks so pretty.

When I was researching exaclty how to blog (all those years ago now!) I was thrilled to find that you must go with Wordpress to be able to make a living from your blog.  Not so.  Just yesterday while watching the local South East news, my lovely Jasmine and I were excited and delighted to see our lovely Zoella on the TV actually speaking about blog and vlog (using Blogger and Youtube - both 'free' platforms).  She is working full time and making a lovely living that most people of her age could only dream of.
Not that this comes easy.  Using blogs and vlogs to make a living takes dedication and effort and I take my hat off to those who do it full time.  Although I'm so sure there are so many rewarding aspects of the job too.

Did you ever think about starting a blog? Any idea what you might want to write about?  Start by making a bit of a plan then get out and get writing.  If you were concerned about your blog-making web designing skills then don't be.  The blogger platform is more than easy to navigate around.

Dream it big.  Then take action.  You can do it!

Much love

Finally, Law of Attraction gets public in the diet world!

Recently,  you may be aware I decided to start a whole new business called Motiv-weight.

There is a missing link in the diet and weight loss world.  This link (in my opinion) is our minds.

We all speak ill of ourselves all day long, looking in the mirror and affirming how fat we are,

"I hate this bit on me."

"Look at that bit on me."

Constantly putting ourselves down is keeping us feeling negatively about ourselves and our beautiful body.  It's the only one we have got and weight loss begins with appreciation of how that body serves us.

You've heard of the placebo effect?  Where folks recover from an illness when they take a pill with no actual drug inside it?  Well how about weight loss being the same.  If you eat a biscuit and instantly think to yourself, "This is going to pile on the pounds, it's full of calories..."  then you are instantly giving negative emotions to that action.

Scientifically,  I could go into the whats and whys of what happens to your blood cells when you speak bad of something and how it all changes when you speak positively of something.

Sounds impossible?  So did inventing electricity,  or the internet.  Someone,  somewhere thought outside of the box.  If this is you and you are ready to find a new way of looking at your body,  let me know.  Please please please share this video with all of your friends as I really feel there is a new age of weight loss just around the corner!

Finally no more low fat diets - that really didn't work did it?  Back in the 1970's we were encouraged to start eating low fat and obesity became an epidemic pretty instantly.  Think outside the box.  You never know,  it might just make a change you've been waiting for.

With love

I'M thinking nails...

Morning folks!

I've been busy watching youtube last night and there seems to be a great deal of interest regarding the nail videos.

Now,  part of my 'day job' is hair and beauty and whenever I've posted videos about them, they are really popular.

In truth,  my subject seems to be 'lifestyle' as I deal with hair, beauty, weight loss, law of attraction (positivity) and other life changing stuff around that.  Often when you watch the Gurus teachings they sway you to go into one particular direction.  However,  whatever will be will be.  But for sure,  I will be posting more nail art tutorials.

I'm keen to make a video of what's in my nail kit bag! There's tons of stuff in there!

Anyway, just a quickie to wish you all a lovely day. I love writing on this blog! Also,  my small sponsor package is not available for just $5.........what???!!! Yes, come on let's get the names out there. I'm only looking to cover some costs really rather than make profit as I do that in my other business.

Can't Believe my Primark Haul video views on Youtube!

Goodness me folks!!

I'm shocked and thankful that my little un-pre-thought out Primark Haul video is approaching 500 views already!

This has been my fastest growing video to date and it looks like I'm settling more and more into my digital world.

Lucky for me I've loads of other work on right now including styling and photo shoots to get my teeth stuck into and yes, we are still waiting to hear about Mo's Visa.........arghhhh.....loads of caring people text me everyday asking.  Bless them

So,  I'll pop the link here of the Primark video - well chuffed about that.  My shy daughter in the back ground was making it so much fun.
